Radiant Child Yoga & Music
Uses Songs, Movement, Imagination, postures & Fun to inspire Peace & Compassion
Sat Nishan combines her love of children, passion for music and her Yoga practice to create an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere for children to connect to their own spirits while learning songs and yoga. Much of the Yoga is from Shakta Kaur Khalsa's Radiant Child Yoga
By singing songs, kids learn basic rhythm and melody through listening and participating. The movement and Yoga teaches coordination and balance as well as builds confidence.
*I am an KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Singer/Songwriter & Mother. I also am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I have taught Kids yoga off & on for the past 10 years and teach Reiki to Kids from the Reiki Kids curriculum (www.reikikids.ca). This is an opportunity for kids to learn about their energetic bodies and to gain tools for self-calming, balancing and soul connection.
